Only concern was Ralph quoted me a price to complete additional work (some insulation) but work was not done as I was later told by Ralph that it was not needed and we then had to renegotiate a new price after the initial quote. He did however complete other work which was identified by Mike as being needed and work was done well. Overall I think they were reasonable and did a good job. "Let me just prefix this by saying weâ ve had a few bad experiences working with contractors in the past. We had our porch done recently by a separate contractor, and dealing with that company was a nightmare. Material left out, never showing up to the job on the day they said, shoddy work ectâ ¦.. however, THIS was the opposite of that experience. We needed a cement slab poured. First off They were able to work the job right away basically, they were there when they said they would be there, on time. They worked quickly, and cleaned up the job and materials once it was completed. The slab once it was finished came out better than I had expected. Also the main contractor running the job was very communicative. So all in all I would 100% call them back. By far one of the better contractors weâ ve worked with over the years"
