"Jimmy and his crew did a great job. The job was done in 1 day gutters, gutter guards and downspouts. Cleaned everything up and took old gutters away. "

"Paid $140 to think I would get more of a cleaning then I received. Kid shows up with a blower and just blows off my gutter guards. Outrageously expensive"

"I should clarify that the floor looks terrible. The flooring material was misidentified by the contractor as terracotta when it was actually Mexican pavers or Saltillo tiles. Terracotta is fired in a kiln into a hard tile form while Mexican pavers are hand made and sun dried or sun fired and are softer. The Mexican pavers have a protective glaze on the surface which was removed by your cleaning process. I take some responsibility for not researching the proper care and cleaning of these tiles and relying on your 30 years of experience. The cleaning of the tiles should have been done with a ph balanced soap and hot water. The grout requires a stronger cleaner and a wire brush. i imagine that you are not going to offer a solution to this damage and I will need to talk to Angie about a remedy. "Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again. "
