"These jobs were done almost a year ago. The handymen sent was Tyler. Sanding the wood took the longest time - 4 hours almost with breaks for him. The varnish/paint that he suggested did not work out to be even close to the match and even after I called the office, there were no talks on re-doing the job. The 3 way switch - well he couldn't fix it inspite of spending tonnes of time on it. I can accept that not all electrical jobs can be done but then we shouldn't have been charged for a job undone. The sink - he struggled a lot with it and he was here till almost 8 pm! He struggled fitting the pipes etc and for a while there, we thought that, that was one job that was well done. Well, we were wrong. He botched up that as well since the sink leaks every now and then. So now we have to spend money on someone better to fix up a bad job done by him. We would never hire from this company again - especially given that we had to pay for all the jobs not well done at all."

"Initially we hired TNT to install a shower surround with some tile. After seeing their attention to detail and effort put in, we added on some other projects to include a deep clean of the existing tub - which they made look like new and saved us hundreds if we had had to go get it reglazed - as well as install a replacement kitchen counter top which makes the existing kitchen look significantly more high end than what was there before, they even did some painting since after they cleaned the tub and put in the shower surround, the walls looked dingy, now it looks like a brand new bathroom. These guys also don't hit a problem area and quit. They adapt and overcome the challenge and press forward. Problems happen on job sites, it's always good to have a team that won't get discouraged or slap something together just to be done (or quit...I've seen all three before.) I run a lot of jobs for myself, and recommend to others for their jobs as well. Very few contractors make it to my speed dial just because it's often better to get two or three opinions and quotes than to call one team. However, a few do make it on the speed dial, and these guys are one of those contractors that I've got on speed dial for any handyman/small project needs I have."

"It went very well. This is the second time I've worked with Innovative Garages and they are very professional. I had no issues whatsoever. They did great work. The price was good and they did all the work in one day. I am now enjoying insulated garage doors which makes the garage more comfortable in the winter and should lower my energy bill. "After giving us an estimate of two-three days for the completion of our project, Paul of Protect and Preserve prepared the walls in our laundry room, kitchen, and one wall in the master bedroom where repair was needed. Paul is a master at repair and preparation! The walls look fantastic. He touched up the trim and ran a bead of caulk along the top, giving it a "new" look. We've owned several homes and had lots of painting done for us. Paul of Protect and Preserve is by far the best we've ever used! A written proposal was prepared before the work began; we signed off on the contract when the work was completed. Paul left his materials in a neat manner when he was finished for the day and made sure we were happy with the results. We will continue to use his services and recommend him to all our friends."

"Although it took three and half weeks to get him out here, They were good at keeping me informed of when they would be out. Once Michael Cleveland did get out here he was very cordial , very good listener. Was able to offer good suggestions to get everything done. He was not able to get everything done in the 2 hours. He is planning on coming back out to do a couple more things. one is an out door faucet repair and the other is repairing a bathroom floor that was put in improperly. He prices seem reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone."
