"Larry took on the incredibly ambitious project of renovating our 1914 Craftsman home, repainting the exterior, expanding the primary bathroom, refinishing floors, decking, stairwells, expanding and updating the kitchen, updating electrical and heating systems to modern standards, and so much more.The project is almost complete, but we were so excited that we wanted to write the review anyway! Throughout the process, Larry and his crew worked tirelessly to get things done, always focusing on quality and making sure we were happy with the work. Even partway through the project, neighbors were already commenting on how much they loved his color choices, and how much he and his crew cared about the project. Even given how large the project was, Larry and his crew tackled it head-on and got it done; he really brought out what made this home so special to us. "The workmanship was excellent. We appreciate the owner's advice and use of quality solid stain products. The crew power washed the fence the day before painting. They were extremely careful about plants and shrubs and there was no damage to the plants bordering the fence. They were quite busy during the summer months and it took awhile to get the project done. It was definitely worth the wait and all of our condo owners appreciate the way things look. I would definitely hire Seattle Paint and Drywall again."

"Several months later, an area of our new home had just been remodeled and I knew I wanted to work with Jack's Evergreen again. This new project was smaller in scope, but higher in detail, as I had asked for a design on the walls that continued between two rooms, AND was hoping to achieve an exact color match with an existing item. The end result was lovely, and the design flows from room to room seamlessly, which is even more astonishing as we used highly saturated colors for this area (a dark blue for the walls and a lighter blue for the design work). The deep blue is cut against the white ceiling perfectly. They were also able to paint the trim on two fireplace mantles and wooden shelf that were previously orange! I highly recommend Jack's Evergreen Painting and am so happy we selected their bid for the initial project."

They spent time with us discussing our paint color and had reference material to help us visualize what it would look like on our home. They offered flexibility and fairness when we changed our garage door color last minute, only charging for the paint, which I can easily use on other exterior projects. One of the most impactful aspects of working with them was their open communication. If the weather changed the schedule or anything came up, they would communicate that instead of going silent. If we had a question, they were understanding and responded promptly. The paint job itself is fantastic; the coating is even and thorough. The team took care of cleaning up afterward and made sure not to harm our garden. We didn't realize how much the fresh exterior paint would make our new roof and gutters 'pop' until we saw the final product! Plus, we can rest easier knowing that our siding is protected before Autumn arrives, preventing wood rot from the rain. Overall, we hope to work with them again.
