"Joshua from Finess Landscaping and Property Management helped with repairing water-damaged drywall in my home. He responded to my inquiry very timely and was able to inspect the issue and provide me with the best way to get it fixed. He made a great effort to answer of all my concerns prior to doing the job. Overall he was of great assistance and I would recommend his services."

"We were extremely pleased with Charlie and his highly professional team at Precision Carpentry & Plumbing LLC, who did the most wonderful job creating a superb In-Law suite and converting other home space into a beautiful master bathroom and bedroom. We had purchased new construction which had the potential to give my wife and I a downstairs Inlaw suite adjacent the primary house, which our daughter and son-in-law's family would live in, and to and also turn an unfinished space upstairs into a huge second master suite with bedroom and bathroom. The potential was there, but finding the right company to help us was paramount to making this project successful. We talked to several, but selected Precision Carpentry & Plumbing from Angie's List, because we could tell they were experienced, and wouldn't cut corners, and had reasonable prices (they did not disappoint). While all the other companies would give us a extremely brief description of what they would do (or simply give us a single price quote), Charlie and his associate Joedy spent the time up front (at their own expense) to provide us a detailed breakdown of all aspects of the job, including all individual costs, in an Excel spreadsheet. That gave us the ability to tweak the work, deciding where we could save money with other alternatives. We could also pick our own materials, or buy them ourselves. They started by covering all the lower level hardwood flooring and stairway with Ram Board protective sheeting, so nothing would get damaged. They also added it later as they put in new flooring. They cleaned up after themselves each day, and never left a mess anywhere. We didn't even need a dumpster, because they would take away debris regularly. Downstairs, they took down a wall between a front room "library" and a huge walk in closet, adding a header beam for support, and turned that closet into a fully functional Kitchen, with all the normal full sized appliances. That included tapping into the adjacent bathroom plumbing and removing some concrete (from the slab foundation) to add provide a sink, dishwasher and disposal in our new Kitchen (the house now has two full kitchens). They wired all the electrical, adding a separate breaker box, which had to tie into the original, and re-directed all the HVAC ductwork. They did the complete job, including framing, sheetrock (and finishing) custom cabinetry, replacing the flooring, adding the granite counter and backsplash and topped it off with adding crown molding to both the new living room and kitchen. They even replaced a window in the master bedroom with a sliding door (which we purchased ourselves), and sectioned off the area from the main house (going into the original master bedroom), turning an entrance way into the bedroom, into a small closet. Finally they added a door between the existing hallway, and the garage, which happened to have a third car port, and provided us with our own entrance, all on the same lower level. Upstairs there was an unfinished space in the attic area that was supposedly for a 6th bedroom, but had ductwork running throughout the space. Adjacent to that was a small finished bedroom. Charlie's team converted that bedroom into a master bathroom, and finished off the bedroom, beefing up the floor joists and adding the proper ceiling joists, and refinished the ceiling beneath where they were working (our In-law living room), where any nails may have popped. They found an elegant way to tie into the existing house plumbing in order to add a shower, dual sink vanity and a toilet (room). They laid the tile we purchased ourselves and created a walk-in closet to our specifications, and of course handled all the electrical and HVAC requirements (after verifying our system could handle the new space). All in all we were extremely pleased. Not only did Charlie stand behind all his work, he took care of all the permits and had everything inspected multiple times. We received weekly updates to the spreadsheet, showing what was worked on, and only paid for what was done each week. Their workmanship was supreme, and their carpentry work, including the detailed finishes is second to none. We are so pleased, as we now have a beautiful multi-generational home, where our family can live together in harmony, but also with our individual space. Thank you Charlie!"

"We previously used Andrew on our kitchen remodel two years ago. This time we needed to remodel the the master and hall bathrooms. This involved complete demolition and restoration of the bathrooms. We completed the demo ourselves; however, Andrew would have completed this if we wanted him to. We had the vanity, toilets, shower and shower/tub replaced as well as the flooring. We needed drywall replaced and electrical. Our quote included installation, plumbing and electrical work as well as the shower/tub and shower with glass door. Tile, grout, plumbing fixtures, toilets, vanities and painting were our cost. Andrew gives suggestions and ideas when requested and needed. We will definitely use Andrew again with some more projects."

"Avery and Susan came to our house and repaired a severe crack and repainted our kitchen ceiling. You would never know there was such a severe crack. Also replaced the backdoor and the storm door. Beautiful job. They also made some repairs along the way. This included removing and old stove and repairing the electrical outlet and repairing a dutch door that was not installed correctly. Very good work."

"I was very concerned when I began hearing noises in my ceiling. The next evening I watched in horror as something began scratching until drywall and dust began falling and a hole appeared in the ceiling. Scary. I called A+ Wildlife Control and they called right back. I was thrilled, especially after discovering that pest control services do not take care of wild animals and 2 others took days to call back.Keith Murphy, the owner, (864.784.6353) said he would send Rocky and Thomas out asap and he did. They came and assessed the situation and set multiple traps. Both were knowledgeable and helpful and set my mind at ease. They were very honest about the fact that with a 70 year old house with many roofs finding all the entry points could take some time. I understood that nothing was cut and dried in my situation.Traps were set out. Rocky and Thomas thought it was most likely squirrels but it could be birds or both. They checked on the traps regularly. When nothing was caught they moved the trap to another potential entry point. The first critter in the trap was a starling. That was the first of ten starlings caught in the traps. I thought I heard something again and since there was already a hole in the bedroom ceiling I told Keith to go ahead and enlarge it and look for a nest or whatever. It wasn't much later when I heard noise again and Keith went up his ladder to have a look and came face to face with a squirrel. Now I wanted a permanent solution to my critter problem. It was clear to me that with all the additions to the house and all the layers of roofing that there were multiple points of entry that needed fixing. I couldn't spend the money for a new roof so a workable solution for me was discussed. Metal flashing would be put along the roof line of the house and the additions to the house to seal up the entrances into the house. Keith, Rocky and Thomas promised a good job and said it would solve the critter problem and make the house look better. They did a wonderful job, critters are gone and my old home looks so much better. They also caulked my old chimneys for stability and made chimney caps for them. The hole in the wall was repaired and repainted perfectly. My foundation had some openings and those were fixed as well.I was so thrilled with the work that I will call them first when I need something done. These men are multi-talented, honest and reasonable with their prices. <br />"

"Handy Co. did such a great job my Wife moved out of the Master Bathroom and into the Guest Bathroom we had remodeled. The install consisted of gutting the bathroom, installing new tub/shower, new fixtures, new vanity, plumbing, marble 4x12 floors in a Chevron pattern, crown/base molding, and a frameless shower door. I had received several quotes on the bathroom and Mike was the best option (He also wasn't one of those painful sales presentations). He allowed us to purchase our own parts (if you have a wife you understand how important this is). Handy Co. definitely beat out all the other full bathroom remodel companies in the area especially since they are a locally owned small business. Highly Recommend and will use his skills again. Thanks Mike!"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
