First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."

He gave me all the choices I had for the windows and did not pressure or "sell" me on anything that I did not need for want. The work was top notch. "They did a good job of installing the openers and explaining their features and how to set up all the proper codes. There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. But after we had an electrician out to figure out the problem, T&C agreed it was a mistake and paid the electrician's invoice. Everyone we deal with was very friendly."

We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing.
