We have had an extremely difficult leaking issue with our roof, which multiple companies have attempted to fix. When the leak came back during Portland's sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch. When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. His rates are by far the best we've seen, and he's just naturally a gregarious guy and an obvious good person who will do whatever it takes for his customers. That's the kind of contractor I want on my side and I cannot recommend him enough."

I expected that probably it would be a little bit louder during the rain, however I was pleasantly surprised that it is not. :-) Spruce up nw was amazing at how quickly they removed and replaced the roof. They worked even in the cold rain to get it done as quickly as possible. They were always pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned my gutters and checked that the internal vents were all connected. I canâ t say enough about how fantastic they were! The roof looks fantastic, and we are very happy. "In communications with RainDrop, we specifically mentioned that we needed to replace an asphalt shingle roof with metal roofing primarily due to the roof slope, and some other factors. A sales representative was sent out to evaluate the existing asphalt roof and confirmed that it needed replacing, but afterward, he spent almost an hour pitching various asphalt shingle products. He was clearly knowledgeable and knew his stuff about asphalt roofing. While the rep was friendly, he didn't seem to have as much in-depth knowledge or experience with installing metal roofing. We were confused about why a rep with more metal roofing knowledge was not sent out as we had no interest in the asphalt shingles. Therefore, we ultimately did not feel comfortable selecting RainDrop to install a new metal roof."

They even walked around the house to make sure no debris had fallen during the job. The project was followed up by one of the owners, who came out to inspect the work and give final approval.
