They installed the sprinkler system on the scheduled day.  They listened to my ideas and laid out the zones appropriately so that the gardens can be watered daily, separately from the lawns.  They did a good job of trying to flatten the grass back down where it was dug up to lay the pipes in the ground.

Also, the plumber who hooked up the piping inside the house did me a favor and fixed a minor but nagging issue unrelated to the sprinkler system.  (The issue was probably a five-minute task for someone who knew how to fix it, but I was holding off calling another plumber out because I did not want to pay a service call fee for such a small job.)  This flexibility impressed me and I would be inclined to use this provider again.  In fact, I am waiting on a quote from them to do another follow-up task that did not make sense to do until after the sprinklers were installed.

"Communicated with agreed upon Scheduled date and estimate time, arrived Promptly, completed front and back dethatching and aeration on same day prior to inclement weather though had to return with a smaller aeration equipment to enter back yard gate. I would strongly recommend company though initially I was surprised an additional charge was added for using smaller lawn mowers to pick up thatching though our yards are both small and we have had poor experiences in past with larger mowers tearing up our sod as I explained. We are very pleased and will continue to recommend and use this company in future!"
