As a consumer, you would want to trust that what is listed on the company's profile is work that can be accomplished in a satisfactory manner for all parties. I hired Holy Roller to paint a pergola and refurbish an existing patio. Holy Roller spent months on my project, leaving me without the use of my patio. I fully paid Holy Roller, but the project was never completed. Appointments were cancelled, incorrect paint was used, the company couldn't strip the paint they applied that had chipped and peeled. Construction debris was left on my property. I enlisted the Better Business Bureau's help and took Holy Roller to Arbitration. An Arbitration hearing was conducted at the office of the BBB and I received an Arbitration Award against Jim C./Holy Roller. The money was to be paid by November 1, 2018. Jim Cole has not abided by the Arbitrator's Ruling. I spent thousands of dollars with a reputable company to fix the workmanship of Holy Roller Painting. The new company removed all work done by Holy Roller and gave me a new patio within 36 hours. Please do your research before hiring this company."

"This is a hard pass for me. The first problem was, they did not show up when they were supposed to. I did not get a call. I had to reach out to them. I was informed the workers got behind and was not able to get to my house. Which ultimately that would not be that big of a deal. Except for when I reached out and said I was going to keep searching for somebody because I needed it done sooner. He assured me that they could put me on a Wednesday. The guy seemed nice. The price was fair so I approved the service. In this conversation, I asked for my grass to be cut at the shortest possible. It was not. My guess it was the longest possible setting. They mowed my grass on Friday. I had to borrow my friend?s mower, and mow it myself on Sunday. The grass in my backyard was so long when they were done, I had to go over it twice.
