Zeke and his crew had the roof done by 6 pm the same day. They thoroughly cleaned up all the debris from the tear off and install. There was an extra charge for removing double layer of shingles on the porch roof, but otherwise the cost was as quoted. The roof looks great!"

"I did not use them because their quote was a lot higher than the rest of the companies. I decided to get an estimate from them because I see their signs out at different homes and they did end up doing my neighbor's across the street. I do not know if they gave him a better price or what but I thought that they were too high. One guy came out and he said that I did not even need a new roof and that I could just have work done on my roof. But I knew that my roof is old so I thought that I should just get it done."

"I have been going over this review in my head for 2 months- because I wanted it to be THE PERFECT explanation of working with Renovation Window. When we first started shopping around for windows, I had an expected amount in my head that I thought the windows would cost. Unfortunately, much to my surprise, the costs were way beyond anything that I had in my head. I had several companies give me a quote, all with the famous "you need to lock in the price now because costs are going up soon" ploy. Let me just say, as soon as I hear something like that, I run. And the response I received BLEW MY MIND. Andrew was so very honest with everything and gave me references and sites that I could fact check to ease my mind. Working with Andrew was quite frankly, the BEST sales experience of my life. From the initial measurements, to the second measurement, to the ordering, the waiting and the installation, Andrew was communicative and available EVERY step of the way.Andrew was even an active participant on installation day. Who can say that about the company that installed their windows? THE OWNER of the company wanted to be at the install to ensure everything went smoothly. I am a VERY hard customer and a VERY tough critic when it comes to customer service and experiences. Andrew and Renovation Window far exceeded my expectations in every single category. Andrew is the MOST HONEST person I have ever met. He was VERY upfront about everything . He did not in ANY capacity try to up-sell me, try to steer me into a direction of more expensive product and actually even helped me downgrade part of my choice to save me money. He did not hesitate to give me every bit of info that I requested when I was unsure if I was making the right decision with him- due to the limited information that I had about his company at the time. "These guys are not like regular contractors, they showed up early and made me feel like I was the most important client they ever had. The price was better than the other 2 bids and the work done was excellent! If you need anything with your roof or gutters, NSR are the best!!! "<p>We had received  4 previous "estimates " for  roof repairs from other roofing companies.   We had a small occasional slow drip  into the  attic and a loose gutter.  We specifically asked for a repair since we had to save money  for a new roof.  No company wanted to be bothered with a repair.   I assume they make much more money with new roofs.      The  estimate  costs were  $5000 to $8500.  One company rep did not even have a ladder with him.  I think he was just a salesman. He said that gutters usually come away from the house  because of rotted wood but he  did not go up and look.   </p> <p>The Dan Faith men showed up at exactly the appt. time,  were dressed in real  work clothes, with ladders, and  went directly to work.  The wood was not rotted, JJ was able to reattach the gutter. They also sealed   the flashing around the chimney that was the source of the slow drip. </p> <p>Our roof is older and yes, we know we will need a roof  in the next year or two.  But Dan Faith  company  did what we asked for...got us through the winter, so we can save money  for a  new roof.    Of course, they will be our choice for the new roof.   </p> <p>Glad I joined Angies List.  </p> <br />"
