The price was very reasonable and ended up being the same as the estimate (we already had several sheets of plywood on hand to replace the bad spots on the house and garage roof deckings). I decided to get an estimate from them because I see their signs out at different homes and they did end up doing my neighbor's across the street. "I have been going over this review in my head for 2 months- because I wanted it to be THE PERFECT explanation of working with Renovation Window. When we first started shopping around for windows, I had an expected amount in my head that I thought the windows would cost. From the initial measurements, to the second measurement, to the ordering, the waiting and the installation, Andrew was communicative and available EVERY step of the way.Andrew was even an active participant on installation day. Who can say that about the company that installed their windows? THE OWNER of the company wanted to be at the install to ensure everything went smoothly. "<p>We had received  4 previous "estimates " for  roof repairs from other roofing companies.   We had a small occasional slow drip  into the  attic and a loose gutter.  We specifically asked for a repair since we had to save money  for a new roof.  No company wanted to be bothered with a repair.   I assume they make much more money with new roofs.      The  estimate  costs were  $5000 to $8500.  One company rep did not even have a ladder with him.  I think he was just a salesman. He said that gutters usually come away from the house  because of rotted wood but he  did not go up and look.   </p> <p>The Dan Faith men showed up at exactly the appt. time,  were dressed in real  work clothes, with ladders, and  went directly to work.  The wood was not rotted, JJ was able to reattach the gutter. They also sealed   the flashing around the chimney that was the source of the slow drip. </p> <p>Our roof is older and yes, we know we will need a roof  in the next year or two.  But Dan Faith  company  did what we asked for...got us through the winter, so we can save money  for a  new roof.    Of course, they will be our choice for the new roof.   </p> <p>Glad I joined Angies List.  </p> <br />"
