"Like clock work.  The attic fan motor was shot.  We had to order a new one, and found it at the manufacturer's sight.  The electric company didn't think of calling the manufacturer, but I did, and was able to locate the motor.  Purchased directly from the manufacturer, shipped to my house and saved probably some headaches and leg work.  I was surprised they didn't think of that. <br /> The electrician came back about a week later to replace the fan motor and reset the thermostat.  I was very pleased with that. <br /> Very professional. <br />"
