"After at least 30 years of major wear and tear, our bluestone patio around our swimming pool required a MAJOR restoration. The bids we got from folks ranged widely, but only Ion seemed to understand what it would take and came in with a more than reasonable bid. This was no small project and took over two weeks to complete, and every step of the way Ion and his one-person crew were on the job promptly each morning and took care to consult us on every issue that came up. He also took the time to make certain we could deal with various daily tasks and even a major crisis (our water heater tank broke, flooding the basement in week two -- meaning they had to deal with heavy traffic in and around their working area at times). "In addition to replacing a stockade fence, Arelio & crew demolished an empty garden shed, established a 4-foot edge for plants, and installed a paver patio in the middle of the back yard. They also replaced the steps from the enclosed porch to the back yard. Great job for a reasonable price -- very efficient (working late on the last day to complete job AND clean up). Would definitely hire them again."
