"New fence and gates look good. Cal-Pro builds the fence on-site, rather than installing pre-built panels. Not sure if that is better, but it's different. (Gates are pre-built in their shop.) Estimator/salesman was excellent. Installing crew was good, but we had to call them back to fix a couple of things. And we never did get the gate handle for the inside of the back gate. Black latch hardware was just painted, and so the paint chipped everywhere the two sections of the latch came into contact. <br /> I have tried to reach the company recently, to get a quote on doing another section of fence. But my emails have not been answered, and I just get a phone company recording when I try their phone numbers. When I click a link to their website, it takes me to a different fence company in Mishawaka. So maybe they have moved and changed their name, or merged with another company. <br />"

"Contractor was very nice on the phone and we set up a time and day for a quote. He showed up about a half hour late without calling so I wasn't sure if he was actually going to show. He answered questions well in person and took measurements of my yard. I never got to see what those were in relation to the quote I received. Took about three days to get a quote for the fence which was very high for what the contractor described as a "more affordable" fencing option. $10,000 seems extremely high to me. I went and compared his material prices to basic prices at Home Depot and found them to be largely inflated for very similar materials. I decided to look around and check my options.  <br />"
