"I have nothing to say but GREAT things about Oasis. From the very beginning, Nate (the owner), Chris, Nick, and Mitch, helped us address our needs and wants for our yard. We were building a pool when we spoke with them and they informed us they wouldn’t start their project until the pool was done to avoid any possible damage. We got several different end dates for the pool to be completed and Nick from Oasis was willing to work with us on start dates. They are very reasonably priced and flexible! Once our project got started, I received constant updates from Mitch, Juan, and Mateo. Unfortunately our project started around the time we got a huge rain storm and even with the rain, the crew was out there putting in the work! I was amazed and shocked they were out there but I know they wanted to make sure everything got done in a timely manner and wanted to make sure everything looked great. Due to the rain, some of our concrete got messed up but once I addressed that concern with Mitch, he got the guys to come back out and fix it, no questions asked. Once the crew finished up the whole project, we immediately received 3 different compliments from different neighbors. The turf is great quality and the rock and concrete we got installed are beautiful. We have one more section of our yard that we’d like to get completed in the future and we will definitely be going with Oasis! Thank you to the Oasis Crew! We are extremely happy with how everything turned out."

"It was ok. They weren't so quick on responsiveness. I didn't really interact with them much. 

It's not that they gave bad service, I just didn't think they were that great. I have a little patch of grass I thought that they could have thrown a couple more seeds on top of. They came out to aerate, but there there is a section of my grass that they could of spent a little more care on. They were out there anyways. Seemed like they just ran their little machine and took off.  

They did do the soil analysis. It seemed like they were in a rush.

"We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."
