"These guys were amazing. Curt came out to survey the project then got back to us with a quote and software design visual in a timely manner. (Note: the other companies we approached did not offer the software visual - so important to understanding what you are paying for - and did not get back to us in a timely manner. One company didn't bother to follow up at all.) What made part of our project a little unusual is that we were asking them to complete a six foot landscape wall we had begun several years ago and had not gotten around to finishing. They used what materials we already had on site, adding their own to blend in as necessary, and made the area look 100x better than it had previously. They also installed a beautiful paver walkway, small raised bed flower area with stone walls, a paver pad for our trash cans, and drainage tile with pop-up drain for heavy rains that siphoned the water away from the garage, with mulch and river stone as design elements. The crew was also polite, professional, on time and neat. It was obvious they took great pride in their work. We cannot recommend Creech Landscaping too highly. We would definitely hire them again!"

"I actually didn't go with this company but wanted to give a positive review on their service and responsiveness. I called the front office and they told me that the individual I originally called was on vacation however they referred me to Terry Patten. Working with Terry via e-mail and phone he was prompt and very responsive. I took pictures of what needed to be done and he was able to give me an estimate in a couple of days. I have called over 12 concrete companies and he was one of three that actually responded with an estimate. You would be amazed at the number of places that waste your time but don't give an estimate or call back but Terry set himself apart from the others. "Overall, the experience was good. We are pleased with the final product and Joe was responsive when we were making the plans and setting up the install. However, we were disappointed with the way in which the installers treated the existing landscape. They did not take much care to preserve some of the surrounding ivy and grass. Items were strewn about the yard and ivy, causing some of the ivy to die--I know it will come back, but it could have been avoided. In order to do the work, the installers moved 2 large planters on to our porch, which wasn't a problem, but we did want them put back to their original spot. We contacted Joe after the project was finished and asked if he could have someone stop by to move the planters--they are too heavy for us to move. Joe "promised" that would happen. After a month when no one returned, we contacted Joe. We called his cell phone and left a message. That was 2 weeks ago and their has not been a returned call. This lack of professionalism was disappointing."

"The job was complicated requiring lane closures and traffic flow modifications necessitating a police presence.  Traffic modification and lane closures were monitored by the City of Cincinnati Department of Transportation and Engineering who compliment B & B on the job performed. <br /> <br /> Job also necessitated sidewalk closures. The work area was clearly marked and roped off insuring pedestrian safety. <br /> <br /> Excavation was necessary and performed in a professional, timely and orderly manner.  Following excavation a concrete base was poured which included drainage. Concrete work was managed professionally and clean up was impeccable making it appear as if no concrete had been laid. Then the pavers were laid.  The Warsaw streetscape project began in 2009 and the original work was completed and managed by City of CIncinnati contractors.  The area completed by B & B Renovation and Remodeling was a section of  the streetscape overlooked by the City.  This final phase completed by B & B perfectly matched the earlier City project and looks as good today as the day it was completed. <br /> <br /> B & B's pricing was reasonable and well below other bids. <br /> <br /> All work was completed in a good and workman like fashion.  <br />"
