"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

I also took advantage of the cleaning service and was not surprised that the caliber of service was just as good as the paint job. I recommend doing both. That way your new paint job has a super clean room to compliment your investment. The cleaning service is coming back 2x a month. Totally worth it."

"I had to point out several obvious areas they missed removing overgrowth. Some they removed, some they said they sprayed and it would die, it has not. They piled the yard waste on top of a utility box. Did not do any cleanup of the fence line."
