But one time, they came out and sprayed without notifying us first, which is against the contract we signed. We had a lot of difficulty with the receptionist, who was very rude, and always said we were "on the wait list," but we never got serviced again. The service is good, but the receptionist is beyond rude."

There have been hitches with construction so anytime I have asked for something he has always followed up and made sure I was satisfied always. They are the best that I have seen and have a great landscape designer as well. They are outstanding in being responsive. They don't leave messes and throw cans around. They are very tidy, professional and polite. Whenever I talked to anyone they got right on it and talked to their boss. They did whatever that had to do to get things handled for me. It was a construction project so it didn't go without a hitch but it did get managed to a very high level."
