"I was selling my townhouse and the roof came up during the home inspection. I called several companies and received comparable quotes from each, but decided to go with Ocean Seven Builders. I'm glad I did. Jimmy, who estimated the job for me, was knowledgeable and gave me an approximate time frame for completion (1-2 weeks). This was an important aspect since closing was scheduled to happen in 3 weeks. After I put down my 1/3 deposit, they ended up having am opening in the schedule and were able to replace the roof within a week's time. The work took less than a day and the crew worked well. They took pictures and provided me with the invoice & warranty documentation I needed for closing. Invoicing and everything else behind the scenes was handled via email with the office manager. He was also very pleasant to work with and provided great customer service when I need the additional documents/info for settlement. Overall, the quality of work and customer service was exceptional. If in the future, my new home needs some roofing work, I would happily use Ocean Seven Builders again."

"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. We were sure that they won’t be able to do it during the same time… but they did it and it went so smooth and excellent. Should've gone to Landmark construction energy crew for those too. "It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed. "After putting out the need for a roofer on Angie's List, I received a call from Landeros Quality Roofing Service within 10 minutes. He was very pleasant and I explained what I needed done. We scheduled an appointment. He arrived within 5 minutes of the appointed time. He was very friendly and professional. He came inside to see where it was leaking and then proceeded outside to the roof. He explained what was wrong and the cost. He also pointed out where water was leaking down onto some decorative brick and his son was caulking it. He told me he wanted to get up on the roof and inspect it to make sure there wasn't anything else in need of repair. He came back down and told me all four vents had cracks around the rubber which allowed water to get in. He took pictures of all four vents showing cracks, holes in the rubber. I asked him to forward them to me so I could show my husband, which he did. He said other than that, the roof looked good. We decided to have him do the work. In a few days he called me with an appointment date and time. He wanted to start between 8-9 a.m. When I groaned, he remarked "a little early for you?". I told him yes and he moved it to between 11 and 1 o'clock with no problems. His son came out to do the work. Like his father, he was very friendly and professional. We talked a little before he got started., There was another guy there to help him. When they were finished he showed me two of the vents and the damage. When I commented on the damage, he said that some of it was done by them when they had to get them off. Very honest. He showed me the new vent in the front of the house and explained how it was different. If the rubber was to get damaged, it would be pulled off and replaced. They would not have to remove the entire plate like this time. I was extremely happy. I was very pleased about every aspect of this experience. I would highly recommend them. I have their card and will call them if I have any problems with my roof."
