"English Roofing Company in Borden, Indiana sold us the Valor gutter leaf guards and installed the product for us. Brent was our sales rep. He was easy to work with in the sales process and answered all of our questions about the product. Since the product is custom ordered from Valor to match the color of your home’s exterior, Brent told us it would take 3 weeks from when the order was placed for them to receive the product. And, just as Brent said, 3 weeks later, he contacted us to coordinate the installation. We left for work one morning, and when we returned that evening the product was installed. The installation crew cleaned up any debris so thoroughly, without knowing they were going to do the install that day, we wouldn’t have even known they had been there that day. A day after the install Brent from English Roofing dropped by just to make sure we were completely satisfied with the product and the installation. He even showed us pictures they took with a drone showing us exactly what it looked like from above. Now, that is service that went ABOVE and BEYOND what we would have ever expected! Also, when considering the various leaf guard products, I wanted to be sure that we didn’t choose a product that would have an “unsightly” appearance. We had just built our custom dream home, spending hours meticulously picking out all the exterior finishes and landscaping, and we didn’t want to install anything that detracted from the appearance of our home. And, just as Brent told us in the sales process, we could barely even tell the Valor product had been installed. It’s very unobtrusive. The only way we could even tell that the product was installed was there are a few edges on our home where the gutter ended and didn’t wrap around the house, there was a small color coordinated aluminum end cap to cover the edge of where the guards meet the edge of the gutter, to keep any possibility of leaves entering the edges. Before choosing the Valor product, we read reviews on Consumer Reports which tested the leading products. Consumer Reports found that the small mesh products, like the Valor product, seemed to do the best job of keeping any leaf and debris out of gutters. And, after comparing various reviews on many of the small mesh products, we are convinced that the Valor product is superior over the rest because of the raised “S” shaped curve in the product which keeps any leaves that land on the guards raised off the surface, so they don’t “suction to it” when wet, like some of the reviews mentioned about other products. We would highly recommend the Valor product, and even more than that, the English Roofing company for installation of the product. They did an extremely good job in every part of the sales process and installation process. We couldn’t be happier. We look forward to NOT cleaning our gutters for many, many years due to the durability of the Valor product and the quality installation from English Roofing."

"Interior painting in living room with cathedral ceilings. Isidro and his helper repaired several large cracks in the wall and even traced them to their source - which happened to be a leak in the roof. So they also fixed the roof while they were at it. Arrived early every morning and completed the job in the quoted time frame. They protected all surfaces and furniture while they were here and when the left they cleaned up all their mess - couldn't even tell they'd been here. Well, except for the beautiful new coat of paint and the missing cracks!"

"We were delayed due to the weather in Kentucky.  When it cleared they had the roof on in one day.  There were a few issues after installation.  The metal was not even at the rear of the house, there were a couple of pieces of paneling that were not installed completely, there were some dents in the roofing, and the downspouts were not removed initially.  I spoke to the owner and he came to inspect what was done so that corrections and repairs could be made. <br />"

From first contact, Carson was very professional and helpful in explaining theit process. I made an appointment that worked with my schedule to have Carson come out for a free inspection. Carson showed up one-time and was a pleasure to work with. After the inspection, Carson got back to me promptly to let me know that my roof was in fine shape. In this market it can be tough to find contractors who give you honest feedback and ones who aren't just out to make a quick buck. These guys seem legit. "In total, we had four companies bid on our roof after the March 23 wind damage from the storm we had. Only one company, Robbie Lees construction gave us an estimate without asking about insurance and what/how they paid. Long story, short. The other companies stated they would do it for what the insurance paid plus the deductible. We wanted to just know how much the roof cost to replace. Robbie Lee came to the house, looked at it and instantly gave us a price. He never asked about insurance. His price was spot on what the insurance company said the replacement cost would be. It was an easy choice as we felt like he was open, honest about his pricing. And, just as he said the roof was completed within two weeks. He keeps his word. The workers were skilled and very hard working. We did find a few nails left around the house. But that is to be expected considering the job. Overall, we would absolutely recommend Robbie Lee’s Construction Company for your construction jobs. Yes, that’s the best part---He does all construction! So, we are making a list because we have other projects that he will be contracted for in the future."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
