"My second time needing Aireserv of OKC, was very pleased from start to finish. My a/c compressor had stopped working which means no cool air running throughout my house! luckily it was a simple part that needed to be replaced, and the cost was within reason. It started with me calling the after hours "on call" she took my info, by the next morning I had email confirming my appt. for that afternoon, as well as a confirming phone call, with Danielle, she arrived promptly and got the job done within 30 minutes! "My husband promised me new carpets this year.... I told him I wanted to see if I could get them cleaned. I went to Angie's List and did some comparisons and came up with Zerorez. I called and made an appointment They came by and all I can say is WOW!!! ZEROREZ are the only people I will clean my home. Eric and Aaron are Great! They have a Fantastic Team and they work hard to communicate and demonstrate what professionalisum is. They worked hard and fast and got the Job done. Please understand I am not the average person. They worked hard to help me get my carpets cleaned. I will recommend them and their company to everyone! I am handicapped and can't do alot. Eric came out personally and cleaned my carpets, he made my home so nice and so clean. Thank you Eric! The carpets aren't sticky and stiff. They are soft and they smell great! Many cleaning supplies can make animals sick. Zerorez has not! I am so happy. The product and team are Top quality! I just knew they couldn't get 20 years of teenage boys wear and tear, Oklahoma Red Dirt, Pizza's, Cokes, Kool Aide and Spills out of my carpets but they did! They look like NEW!!!! "really, sub-par work. The vacuum smelled dusty, I had to follow the guy around to be sure he did all the vents after he told me he had done 2 downstairs and they were both full of dirt in the box part before it goes back to the vent. Overall, I wish I'd gone with a more expensive company that I found on my own. This has made me mistrustful of Angie's list as well. Disappointing."

"Triple Play installed an HVAC system in my house about a year ago. They did bad work so I put negative reviews about them online. About a year later, my A/C quit working. So I called Triple Play. Triple Play said I defamed them with my negative reviews so they will never provide me with any service. So I called Patriot Heating and Air. The Patriot man came and looked at my system. First, he said they installed a 3-ton unit but my 1,000 sq. ft. house only needs a 2 or 2.5-ton. Triple Play installed a 2-stage system but a single stage thermostat. I had to pay to get a new thermostat. The Patriot man said whoever installed the system did a very bad job - they wired everything wrong. So I had to pay to have it all rewired. There were more problems but I won't go into them now. I took out a $16,000 loan for Triple Play's HVAC to be installed. The Patriot guy said he would have charged $8,000 (labor included). I do not suggest that anyone use Triple Play. They cheated me and damaged my house and left it that way."

"It went awful. The masonry work look like children did it but I let that slide. The receipt had an estimate totaling $1,165 of which $750 was for the new crown and the crown seal both of which have a 10-year warranty that Toby buser wrote that on the receipt and circled it and initialed it. The product brochure has a 10-year warranty. Well the crown seal fell after 2 months it splits apart and peels up towards the sky all cracked apart. He came promptly and put a new one along said he'd never had a problem like that before. Well it happened again this time he wasn't nice about 3 months later he used the GD and f word with me on the phone and said why don't I refund your money and you get someone else out there. I said fine but instead he came and chose to do a job that's obviously going to fail again because something's not right. Well it did fell again and it took him forever to come out I thought he was going to try something different but he did the same old thing with the crown seal and his felled again 2 months ago and it's all cracked and putting up towards the sky and he won't even communicate I sent him a picture as I have in the past and a text his text was"do what you have to do". well I wonder what happened to that warranty from this professional guy but he certainly not going to honor it. I had guys from another chimney come out and they used the same product but the problem is he did not put a new crown or rebuild my crown he just put crown seal over the old crown and that's the problem and he charged me $750 to put a new crown on and crown seal so what a rip off a better chimney should be a worse chimney"
