They system works great and we're very happy with it. The only issue we had was with our newly planted flower bed in our backyard where the soil, mulch and some plants were disturbed when the trench was dug for the irrigation lines, but after I told them about it McKay (their horticulturist) came back to re-level the soil, spread new mulch and replace the plants that were damaged as quickly as possible. They showed sincere concern about making it right and took great care that everything was fixed to my satisfaction, which it was. The sign of a great company isn't just when things go smoothly, but also when there's a hiccup it's how they handle it. Green Country Landscape didn't make any excuses, they just apologized and resolved the issue with kindness and professionalism.
