"If you need any of these wonderfully, tall Georgia Pines removed or cut back, Brad Solomon of Knotch Land Management LLC is the perfect person for the job! His pricing is reasonable, he's prompt, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and a stickler about leaving the area free of all debris. I am very pleased with the results so give him a call!"

"This is the second time that I have used Lowcountry Allworks. They are exceptional. They arrived on time removed three dead trees and then I asked if they could take out the shrubs I had in the front of my house and trim my crepe myrtles. They did all of this for a fantastic price. When they were done they cleaned up the area. I highly recommend them for all tree and shrub related services. It's a family business and they are very responsive to all calls and emails and schedule the appointment very quickly so you don't have to wait forever to get what you need done. I will always call them from now on. You can't beat the prices either."

"I was told it would be a three day job so I took vacation from work to be home while the work was going on. On day one no one showed up so I waited two hours and called. I was told there was a scheduling mix up and they would try to come in the afternoon so I waited for a few more hours. When I called back I was told that they would just come the next day and they would now be able to get it all done in two days. Great, but I had already wasted a day waiting. <br /> Six months after the work was done, part of the irrigation system broke. I sent an email to JD (owner) and was told that they were busy but to shut off the system and they would contact me in a few days to schedule a time to fix it. I emailed three times after that and JD never bothered to respond. <br />"

"I had used this company previously and had a bad experience(see above review from fall 2010), but decided to try them again.  Jerry the owner is very nice and tries hard, but again I had an issue with his staff.  The work was eventually completed to my satisfaction, but we had to call the owner in to clear it up and get the person doing the work to perform it the way we had previously agreed that it would be done.  They do quality work, but just make sure that the person doing the work is there and walks the job prior to the day of service to make sure everyone is on the same page."

"Even though the lawn and garden beds didn't look that great, we stuck with the seller's landscaping company, Coastal Shores, after purchasing a new home in Bluffton. That turned out to be a mistake and we made a change after 8 months of giving them an opportunity to improve. Most of the premium services listed in our contract like pruning, weeding, chemical treatments were either not performed or done so very sporadically. It was obvious to us that our neighbors had superior companies managing their properties so we switched. In my opinion the owner does not understand the basic tenants of good customer service. He was unresponsive to our concerns and despite knowing that we had issues never bothered to call or pay us a visit. He has a nice website though, but that didn't help our yard to look any better. He recently hired a new manager who has some good ideas about how to turn things around, so there is hope for the future - thus we gave the company a C instead of a D."

"I used them for few years and recently in the last couple of months I let them go. The companies are based on who their employees are and sometimes they are very good and other time not so good. They were about average. They came out when they wanted to and one month they missed me and I called to find out what was going on. There is one thing that I want to say about them is the people in the office when you call no matter what the problem is they always take care of it. They are very responsive to their customers that way. The price was average. They never went by any time span to do the work. I planted the lily bulbs several years ago and they would weed whack it thinking it was a weed that poor thing didn't have chance to grow but it used to never happen all the time. I had to tell them it is a flower and not to weed whack here. I didn't know what to do but put up a sign not to whack it. I sometimes had to tell them not to weed whack on it but cut it but they used to look at me dumb founded until the supervisor on the job would ask what's wrong. I told them to cut it back the way it should be and not weed whack it. He would look at the guys and say she is right and don't get the clippers. Not all of them knew what to do. It's a decent size company. The office people are very nice people. I let them go not because I was irritated with them or unhappy with them but it was mainly because I needed to get out and do some physical work. After Sunday I am thinking about recalling them, but I need to get out there."
