"Michael Scheinfield came when he said he would and did a preliminary appraisal. The price was considerably less than the other bid I had received plus it was a removal of old shingles where the other contractor wanted to apply new shingles over the old. They removed old shingles and found some rot so had to replace some of the plywood which added to the bid but was very reasonable. A very favorable experience and now I don't dread the rain.....porch doesn't leak at all! Will use the contractor again if I ever need it."

They removed the old roof and installed the new including 11 sheets of plywood in one day. The work was very professional and the crew were very courteous. Afterwards they did an amazing job of cleanup. I also had them pressure wash and paint the house (stucco and aluminum siding. Again an incredible job. They prices are vey competitive. They are extremely responsive to queries and just a pleasure to work with.
