"Twenty years ago Fence & Deck Connection installed a long fence (about 1,000 feet) around my backyard. Twenty years later five of the hundred or so vertical posts had rotted and were sagging, and I was worried they wouldn't last another winter. When I called Fence & Deck Connection to repair the fence, I didn't even remember that they provided a lifetime warranty on it. But of their own accord they reminded me of that fact and came out and did the needed repairs. It is very rare that I have ever used a product’s warranty and never have I used one twenty years after I made a purchase. "The job went great. It had to be pushed back from Monday 2 days due to rain. I was called early Monday morning and told they'd be out on Wednesday. "They did a nice job. Their sub-contractor did leave personal trash at our house and our dog got into it. She helped herself to half eaten pizza. I let Homelife know there was a problem immediately, and it was rectified quickly. Additionally, I wasn’t happy with how our footers for our deck were handled. I felt like a board could have been placed over the open holes for homeowner safety. My small dog fell in but luckily was not hurt. The holes were open for 2 nights with nothing covering them, and it just would have been nice if they had been covered during the time they were not working. I was told it was because they were being inspected the next day, but still, someone could have uncovered them prior to the inspection. I just felt that it was unsafe to do that. If I had a small child that wandered into the yard, it could have been devastating. It’s just a suggestion I would make, and for that and the trash issue, I can’t give them 5 stars. There were also a few times that I emailed and did not get a response. There is one corner that the top board on the rail is cut incorrectly, but I have been assured that it will be corrected. Other than that the deck is beautiful."

They had to repair a concrete floor in a difficult location that required removing the broken concrete (reinforced with brick!) by hand and up a steep flight of stairs.
