It was clear when we first called the Egress INC office that this company offers superior customer services. The women we spoke with on our initial call to schedule an appointment were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They gave an overview of the bidding process and a gross estimate of the costs. The owner came out to provide a very detailed estimate and provided a potential timeline. Again, clearly knowledgeable and very professional individual. There was no high pressure sales, but instead a detailed explanation of the company, its employees and the work. We immediately felt a sense of reassurance that the work would be completed by experts. The installation team was equally professional, polite, pleasant and extremely respectful of our home. Prior to each day of work we were fully informed of the schedule and work to be preformed. all work was completed on time and, in fact, a day ahead of the original schedule. The office staff did a great job of keeping us informed of the county inspection schedule, including a follow up call to make sure all had gone well. The inspector commented that the job was well done. A few days later we had another basement remodeling professional out for a quote on finishing our basement. He commented that the job was well done and that he often needs egress window installs on his projects and asked for Egress INC contact information. Without hesitation we highly recommend Egress INC. "No pressure sale. Two craftsmen expertly installed all three windows. Took about an hour per window.I watched them the whole time. Nothing to vacuum when they left. Hope to replace more windows next summer. They are expensive but high quality and proper installation makes it worth it. Wife loves that both windows slide and can be cleaned from inside. Dormer windows crank out a special tool allows us to stand on floor, no ladder needed, to open them."

"Really well; they fixed a problem install done by another installer. They not only repaired the shutters, but they also cleaned them up and re-installed so they work smoothly and perfectly now. Paul was very knowledgeable about the shutters. Commerce City is at least an hour away from our house, so he had me send him photos of the problem. Based on the photos and a phone call describing the problems, he was able to give me an estimate and diagnose the problem. Then we set up an appointment to have the shutters removed and brought back to the shop for repair. The shutters were in the shop for a few weeks, since they had to wait on new parts (Bill even called me to let me know they were waiting on parts). The re-installation was quick; we did not have an appointment for re-installation (which was a little odd), but the crew (Bill & Ryan) called me on a Saturday because they were in the area and had the shutters on the truck. Since we were already home, I said "Come on over!", and they had the shutters up and working in maybe an hour. Really great experience with Enviro Shutters; everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again if we have any problems, and would recommend them to anyone with exterior shutters."
