"The concrete around our house was extremely old. The house is 80 years old so safe to say so was the concrete. It was time to get it ripped up and replaced, I got a couple of other quotes and Gibran's was the fairest. Him and his crew arrived and started tearing into it. It did not look like easy work and in the end the concrete looked great. I'm writing this review about 2 months after he completed the job and so far it looks great, not breaking or cracking or anything like that. My only minor complaint was at the start communication went unanswered for a while. I was not too bothered about this as I didn't ever think he wasn't going to do the job or anything like that but if somebody else gets worked up over these things just give him a bit of time. His job is pretty hard so I would not hold it against anybody not replying to texts when you're in the middle of splitting concrete slabs apart!"

"I hired this company to take out my old crapy 150 sq foot patio. They installed a new 400 sq foot patio stamped concrete. The new Patio is awesome. The company was very good with communication via email or texts. My only issue was that I prefer old-school phone communication because I had several questions and they could be answered quicker via phone than email back and forth. I told them I preferred talking on the phone. I do 100% recommend this company. I had a few struggles communicating with on-the-job foreman due to language barriers etc. Everyone in the company was very nice and you can tell they know what they are doing. So I gave it 4.5 stars. 5.0 stars if I could have had a communication that I as the customer prefer but no need to dwell on that this is a good company."

The quote was not the lowest but we did feel comfortable and confident in the owner that came out and estimated our project. We are more than pleased with the finished results of our basement. All the contractors suggestions worked out perfectly. The quality of the work is what we were most interested in and they have exceeded our expectations. "OK, Mike, his son and workers are all very nice and I have nothing against them personally. The price was fair and they got to work quickly. The concrete work though (California finish 15x30 patio and sidewalk) was barely passable. Crooked control joints that look like they were trowelled by a third-grader is my first complaint. Secondly and the thing that drives me nuts more is the fact that they left my property in an absolute mess and did not return to remove forms or clean up. I contacted the owner via text, and he gave me a date and a backup date they would return, but I was forced to do the cleanup myself. I had to remove forms, clean up concrete chunks all over my lawn, clean my driveways and siding of mud and splattered concrete, grade out the yard and reseed and dispose of left over materials scattered around my property. Like I said, nice people but not a nice finished product. I would not recommend."
