They were present at the property nearly every single day of the project, including Saturdays, as opposed to other contractors who simply give the work to subcontractors and check in once or twice a week, at best. In other words, they know what is going on at all times and are able to give guidance and direction to the subs, and us, on site. They are also more than willing to listen and make any adjustments without crushing you with additional costs!
