I contacted the MA District Attorney's office who put me in touch with consumer advocate Deb Henderson to resolve my issue with Shamrock. She said that she spoke to the owner Carmelo Franco about my issue and said that Franco is uncooperative, therefore we are unable to proceed. I sued Carmelo Franco in Attleboro District Court for negligent work that had to be fixed by another company ($650.00), however the subpoena could not be delivered to the address the DA's office gave me, so the court dropped the lawsuit. You need the correct address of the defendant in order for the court to compel him to come to court, so Carmelo Franco is just a ghost that you will never be reimbursed by. I am very familiar with this work as I do this myself with my electric snowblowing machine and ice pick. During a bad head cold day I decided to use a service and I called this company. They charged $200 which they wanted in cash. I don?t keep cash so I had to go out to a bank because this was the only way they work. When the driver showed up I paid the driver the $200 in cash. He then used his truck with Snow plow to perform the job. He finished in about 10 minutes leaving huge clumps of ice in the driveway. I felt like I had just been scammed. They are definitely off my list."
