"Esther Moore was very pleasant to deal with. However, the two ladies that came did a very poor job. This was a one-time cleaning for a 2300 sq ft 3-bedroom 3-bath house. They were done in two hours. After my initial review one of the toilets was not completely cleaned, there was obvious dirt on the kitchen counters and on the floor. When I complained to the ladies about this one of them griped at me like it was my fault. She was not happy. They cleaned again. Later that day I came back and noticed that there was dirt in one of the kitchen drawers. There was also dust on the blinds that they said would clean but in reality it is not a cleaning. I called Esther again and asked her to send the ladies back again and she did right away."
