He provided us with the estimate and start date and timings. Lores stuck to their start date and time elapsed. The delays were due to Coral Gables city and scheduling their inspections. Lores did an excellent job of clean up after the job. They left the property neat and ordered. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Lores and Fernando. Indeed a professional team. Something very rare in MIami area."

"I hired MH Solutions for a fence repair. Omar answered my request quickly and had me send him pictures of the damage done to the fence. Omar showed up at the time agreed to and fixed the problem, now I can open and close my fence again. WE were very happy with Omar's professionalism as well as the quote for the job. "I was very hopeful at first speaking to Sal. He was very positive about getting the job done in a reasonable timeframe and seemed very accommodating to what I needed done. I requested a 6 inch thick Driveway and at the time, he questioned why I wanted 6 inches and tried to tell me that 4 inches would be enough. We did finally agree at 6 inches thick. I later found out by speaking to the inspector that 6 inches is what is required in my city. They pulled the forms off and it?s not 6 inches along the edge at least. He said that the driveway would be fine and if there were any cracks or brakes, he would come back and repair them. I sent him pictures of the edge not being the proper measurement and a picture of the crack, and I have not heard from him since. A positive note is that the Driveway stamp pattern came out very nice and the lead worker Jose, is a very hard worker. The driveway was only poured on March 12 and already has a crack."

GCS inc dealt with my HOA, pulled Dade County permit, is licensed and insured with very reasonable prices. Their project manager was always punctual, responded every time to calls, texts, and emails. "They came out to start the project (9/19/25) just as it was getting dark outside which was my first clue something isn't right with this company. Less than a month after having new asphalt installed, weeds are poking through and causing bulges. They have several areas where the asphalt is uneven and "bowled" areas where rain collects in the middle. Several locations where it wasn't filled in and several cracks within the first day. I contacted the company several times to come back to fix the issues. They responded saying they'll be back out on certain day, but always had excuses only when prompted on why they never showed up. Now no responses after a month. Several of the neighbors had this company installed asphalt on their driveways. All have complaints on how unsatisfied with the job they did. I measured and only get about 1" thickness when the contract clearly states 2.5" poured and will be 2" after rolling the final surface. Photos were taken next day and the weed photos are about a month after install when I noticed (10/23/25). Going to be interesting to see it after it's first winter when ice heave breaks it up even worse."

I was given an estimate, no deposit was required and I was allowed to pay with credit card and check after the employees and cement truck were on site. Magic Finish Corporation is a very honest company. I had 500 square feet to cover with a severe slope of 10" , in a parallelogram shape and with one curved edge. The only words from Mr. Ordiel Delgado is 'Yes, I can Yes, I will'. They used high strength concrete, liquid bonding agent, fiber , core drilled many areas and used many yards of rebar. The results are amazing! They lived up to their name of Magic Finish Concrete Corporation. A big shout out to Mr Ordiel Delgado and his four expert concrete technicians for creating a durable and handsome work of art!! Highly recommended and will use them again! "
