"I wanted to write about our experiences with Cedrick Jones and Gold Star Adjusters. Our insurance company was planning to not pay us for major damage we sustained during a wind storm that hit our house around Feb 2020. Even though water came into the house and was inside the wall, they told us that the damages were only worth about $2K or so and that it would be a cheap fix and the amount conveniently was below our deductible threshold. Mr. Jones was able to force the insurance company to pay out more than enough money for us to hire professionals to come out and rebuild most of the interior and some of the exterior wall where the water was coming from. If it wasn't for him, we would have been on the hook for several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Mr. Jones also took the time to look over our insurance policy to make sure that they hadn't hidden high deductibles on other items on our policy to prevent any future surprises. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Jones handled everything above and beyond the normal level of care and professionalism one would expect from an adjuster. He spent several hours at our home ensuring that any and all damages were fully accounted for and held the insurance company accountable for payment of the damage claims."

"It's been about 3 months since T&S replaced my tile roof with a standing seam metal roof and if I had to do it all again I would choose them again. From the beginning when Camilla showed up with demos and answers to all my questions till final inspection T&S communicated with me about what was happening and what was coming up. There was realistic expectations and timelines about each step and the multiple inspections. I chose the energy saver/insulation add-on and can see a difference between last year's AC demand and this years on the same months when comparing ecobee average daily use. Overall I'm happy with the new roof and the process and would recommend them to family and neighbors. "

"We have an aluminum patio roof that is comprised of several large interconnected panels. During heavy rain, water was leaking through the panel seams. I tried repairing the roof myself a couple times without success. I contacted Scott Meahl due to his positive reviews and roofing experience. Scott arrived at our home at the scheduled time to inspect our patio roof. I showed Scott were the leaks were coming from and without delay, he was on the roof evaluating the problem. Scott's knowledge about roofing was evident as he explained to me what I was doing wrong and how to fix the leaky roof. Scott quoted me a fair price to fix the leaks and started the project that day. Fortunately the heavy rain subsided in a couple days from the very wet weather we were experiencing and Scott was back on the job to seal our patio roof. A couple days later the heavy rain returned to South Florida and our patio remained dry. Thank you Scott for your roofing knowledge and hard work. It is much appreciated."
