"Dan quickly diagnosed the primary problem, which was a relay which was stuck. Once he fixed that, the machine reset and was ready to play. Dan then proceeded to go through the entire machine to make sure it was working properly. He replaced some burned out bulbs, changed several of the O-rings which were worn, discovered that someone had used an incorrect spring on one of the bumpers, replaced it with the correct sping, and cleaned the corrosion which had built up over the years on some of the electrical contacts. Dan did not mind my and quot;standing over his shoulder,and quot; asking him questions as he worked on my machine. It was obvious that he knew a lot about pinball machines. He also offered me some general maintenance tips on how to take care of the machine so that I only need to call him when the machine needs repair. In total, Dan spent two hours getting my machine back into tip-top shape. He was a pleasant individual who had great people skills! The quality of his work was excellent and the cost was very fair. Having him work on my machine was a very positive experience! If my pinball machine needs repair in the future, Dan is definitely the man I'm going to call. <br />"

"<p>Both the hardwood project and the tile project went as close to what was planned as could be expected.  A few little problems were discovered when they got into the projects (e.g. more cat damage than expected), but nothing more than the sort of thing one would anticipate in doing renovation work.  For the hardwood flooring there were no additional charges, and for the tile there was a modest and justified additional charge.</p> <p>The quality of the work (including details like trim) on both projects equaled or exceeded expectations, and the price was equal or lower than other bids.  B&R is highly rated on Angie's List, and justifiably so.  In that regard I should comment on a couple of negative reviews I saw when I went on Angie's List to check them out.  I don't think anyone really complained about the quality of the work, but some people found Kurt Kuhlman a bit difficult to deal with.  He does tend to run on with a lot of suggestions, but most of them are pretty good, and I never felt he was trying to sell me more than I wanted to do.  Indeed, many of the suggestions related to ways to maybe save money.</p> <p>So I'd say take Kurt with at least a little grain of salt and then stand back while B&R does a really fine job.  I plan to renovate my bathrooms in a year or so, and I certainly will call Kurt again.</p> <p>  </p> <p><br></p>"

"I was happy with them. They will take care of small things like a slow leak in your toilet. I was really happy with them before, the few times they came out. The guy that came out did like 6 or 7 different jobs. He actually pointed out things that were important that needed done, that I didn't know about, like soffet and fascia on the corners of the house. Those were rotting to some extent so he fixed that. The trim around some of my windows was getting old, so he did some restoration and some painting of the trim and even some of the front of my house that needed painted. He replaced the part of the attic that is shaped like a triangle on the side. That had holes from woodpeckers and small animals were getting in so he fixed that. My mailbox was starting to lean, he put some concrete in it to hold it up. There was a door that had a loose latch on it and he fixed that. It was a variety of little things like that, and he did a good job. Yes, I would use them again."

"I had a tree root right where the cast iron pipe feeds into the clay pipes.  When these pipes were initially installed, they were not sealed properly.  Dusty's Drain Cleaning had to dig a hole into part of the yard and ended up going underneath the sidewalk.  They replaced the pipe where the tree root was running through.  Also when they put all of the dirt back, even though they went underneath the sidewalk, there were no issues with the sidewalk after everything was put back. You couldn't tell that they had gone underneath the sidewalk.  <br /> It has been a year and I have not had any issues with my main line backing up and the sidewalk is as even as it was to start with. <br /> Dusty's Drain Cleaning did a great job. <br />"
