"Bottom Line: This is the third time using Manor Works – the second time for painting. They did excellent work for a reasonable price, and more importantly, rebuilt some customer trust after some botched carpentry work. Communication: Scheduling the initial estimate was easy and timely, while communications continued throughout the process. This was particularly important as we needed several days with good weather for external painting. Scoping Work: This is probably the most important first step in any project and often either messed up or purposely inflated. Victor actively listened to my desires and provided detailed advice and worked through various options as we worked out the details. For this project, we needed the exterior foundation repainted. Manor Works powerwashed, scraped, primed, and painted it all in a day. Quality of Work: The final product looks great, and since they back it with a 4-year warranty, I have peace of mind it was done right. Even more importantly, they ensured the painting was neat and clean without a lot of extraneous paint on the siding or other objects keeping a neat and professional look. Pricing: Price was the best of three highly ranked Angie’s List companies. Mano Works’ expertise, practical scoping, timely communication, and excellent work took the hassle out of this project."

"I needed the front of my townhouse painted, to include (6) shutters, a bay window above the garage door, the front door behind the storm door to include all caulking around the trim. While on the ANGI app, I requested a pro for a estimate and was promptly contacted by WILBER’s PAINTING, L.L.C. Wilber suggested a estimate date that met both of our needs and was “on-time” on the agreed date. The work was scheduled and the job was started within 5 days. The day before the scheduled start date, a two man crew arrived and power washed the front of the house. On the next morning, Wilber along with his skilled crew arrived promptly and completed the job within 8 hours. Wilber, met with his crew to verify all aspects of the job and to insure no miscommunications. All debris and, or trash was picked up when painting was completed and his workers went the extra step to include blowing off the area around the porch and driveway. "Very messy painters, seemed like someone who was taken off the street to paint. Paint splatters on floors. Painted deck, do not believe they used the amount of the pre paint solution I had bought and did not do two coats, I bought 2 gallons of deck paint from sherwin williams and they didnt even use one whole gallon, did not paint one of the deck post that was in the ground. Paint didnt even last through one summer, told owner and said he would be back in late spring (2016) to remain the deck, never saw them again."

"Five Star Painting of Loudoun - Not Only Painting! They have now completed several jobs at our home. The last was replacement and repair of our deck surfaces, plus staining. "Roberto is great, his crew was able to start right away, he quote came in less than others I got, and was finished painting my entire condo in less than 2 days. He was very accommodating. HOWEVER, I was told his painters would cover everything, which they clearly didn't- there are tiny paint splatters all over my hardwood floors, granite countertops, and bathroom mirror which I've been slowly chipping away for the last 2 weeks. I was also told that I didn't need to roll up my (expensive) rug because his guys would, and I came home the first day to it still laying on the floor with boxes and furniture on top of it, very disappointing."
