"I hired Bio Lawn to do regular lawn maintenance in about March of 2018 and for the first year they provided fairly decent and service. However in May of 2019 they performed the regularly-scheduled lawn treatment and shortly aftewards large swaths of my lawn began to die. Now obviously I can't definitively say the treatment was the cause, the grass was in excellent health right up until that point. I then contacted Bio Lawn to inform them of this and tell them to investigate the cause of my grass dying in hopes that they might fix it. A few days later, a representative of Bio Lawn responded to me after checking out my lawn and determined that Bio Lawn was not at fault and would therefore neither attempt to repair the damaged spots or provide a refund for the treatment. This representative even had the audacity to imply that I killing my own lawn by improper mowing. To note, I have been mowing my lawn in the same manner for many years with the same mower with no issues. Needless to say, I found all this to be completely unreasonable and subsequently canceled all contracts with Bio Lawn. I would strongly caution future customers as their customer service and communication leave much to be desired."

"We have a contract for, I guess they do like pre-emergent weed stuff, fertilizing and things like that for us. We?ve had that contract with them for 10 years. So, we are obviously satisfied customers. I just don?t pay a lot of attention. They come when they say they?re coming. We have gone into the office, which is not too far from where we live. Their customer service has always been very good. It?s a small office, but everybody there is very friendly. My husband has never had any concerns. When they say they are coming out to do something, they are here.  <br /> <br /> I would say they are probably very good with price too, because my husband would be looking for somebody else if they weren?t. Our lawn looks great! We are big fans, obviously! We have recommended them as well. We have an annual contract. They come out and they do weed prevention and fertilizing. If we needed other things, they do offer other services, which we have not needed to take advantage of. I believe they do insect control as well. Our services with them is strictly for the lawn."

"It went very well! Lewis Services is prompt and professional. They take pride in their work and do a wonderful job! We have used other lawn companies before to mow for us and they would come when they felt like it, whether the grass needed to be mowed or not. They would not do a thorough job mowing and weed eating. We are very pleased! Thank you for your dedication and hard work! Your caring attitude is appreciated!"

"It worked out really well. We used them for several years. I worked with them for several years and they always did a good job. They check in with you before they start to work to make sure you're in agreement with what they're proposing to do because sometimes what's on paper is kind of different than the reality. They're very good about cleaning up. It was a good experience. Today, I actually have another pruning company out here. I had a great relationship with the rep The Care of Trees. Apparently, she retired and it would have been good for them to reach out and announce that. I didn't hear from anyone and I decided to just try another local company. I might use them again in the future but if I'm very happy with this local company, I'll probably just stick with them. I would give them a try again but my relationship really was with their rep. What they should have done is when that person left, they should have reached out to keep that connection and they didn't. It gave me an opportunity to go check around with somebody else."

"It went great. Within three weeks after aeration and overseeding, my lawn looked better than it has in twenty-seven years. The grass is thicker and seems more robust than ever before. I just got fed up with the excuses I was getting from my previous lawn care expert. It was always either too hot or not warm enough, too wet or too dry. The weed treatment was either applied too early or too late. I'm so looking forward to seeing what the folks at Turf Medic can do after a full year of service. I certainly am pleased with the one service they provided so far. I got the neighbor on each side of me to sign on with Turf Medic and I certainly wouldn't do that if I wasn't satisfied."

"Lawn Doctor advertises on Angie's List as "yard work", but this is actually handled by a partner company Diamond Cutters. Diamond Cutters, after leaving us hanging for a month, finally comes back and says they are at full capacity, and can't take any more work orders. ???"

The representative came out on the scheduled day, discussed what was feasible and not, and provided me with a realistic maintenance plan and cost estimate. In the end, I did not select them; however, they were a very strong #2."
