I also had my front door stained which did not come out to my satisfaction the first time and I showed Wilber a picture of the door and he came back and re-sanded the door and re-stained it. They were great helping with color consultations. We let our kids have some say over there rooms but the company was great in helping with that process. Day one, the house, all trim, gutters and soffits were power washed. My house is cedar and was previously stained. Alberto and his worker "painted" (solid stain) the entire house using brushes.!! They also made minor repairs. The communication with the office was very good, I was updated if there was a schedule change. They worked from 8 until 4 every day. They were very detailed.
