He came Promptly out, and whatever he did when he put it back in place, it wound up being a  non issue as it now works properly.  Thanks Loren! <br /> I usually do my own construction, but it was not the best approach on this project.   I did not know Loren at all, but I prayed about  what outfit I should have get this job done, and I feel Truly Blessed to have had him do this major project for me. <br /> Complete Bathroom, Tile, drywall ( the subcontractor put in 1/4 inch drywall so specify if you want 1/2 inch, it turned out well, stud expansion, electrical, tape texture, painting.  Insulation (a worker started putting in a lower R rated material, Loren got on it and even put a bit higher from what I recall).   He can get it all done and and on time.    <br /> Even if you have to wait a bit to get on his schedule, it"s Worth the Wait!  God Bless! <br />"

Even adding more cement, his quote was less than other quotes I had received. They had to dig a trench for the sprinkler pipe to go under the cement, replace and repair a fence post, and remove a ton of rocks. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and very clean. I would highly recommend him to anyone. <br />"

"They estimated 2 days but had it done in one. Three man crew, covered everything in plastic and cleaned up at the end. I found a few oversprays of the texture material but it comes off easy enough. I will definitely use them again for drywall work. hopefully, never have to do another ceiling. <br />"

This contractor can build decks, pour concrete, tile, remodel, new construction, and so much more. Joe laid and stamped a concrete walkway for us. During this construction, Joe found dry rot in 2 side areas next to his where his concrete would be poured- he repaired this at a minimal cost. <br /> <br /> In addition, Joe built an approximately 600 sqft beautiful redwood deck. Utilizing new fasteners technology, that hid how each fastener secured each board. And new staining technology that provided excellent results. <br /> <br /> Joe Lutz always does a wonderful job. "He is a very nice young man! He is accommodating and had some good ideas and suggestions. He was not expensive, his estimates were affordable but I had a few other problems arise and I couldn't' end up going with him. He did everything he could to give me what he thought I wanted, which I did, and I was disappointed that I wasn't able to have him perform the service. He brought me over a couple of different large samples. I told him about a restaurant who's floor I liked and he actually went to the restaurant and he was willing to make a sample of that floor for me as well. I do recommend that people talk to him before they decide on a concrete contractor! I have showed other people his samples and they liked them!"
