Here's a list of things he has done for me. New handles and springs on 2 storm doors, all new plumbing under kitchen sink, installed T.V. stand onto wall, installed doggie gate at the top of my stairs, cut plumbing pipes downstairs and capped off. At my other house he did the following: replaced trim around 2 door ways, finished putting up baseboard trim in hallway and in the kitchen, replaced tracking for double bi-fold doors and hung them too (big job). Joe is very professional and takes pride in what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's an old fashion good guy and those are hard to find these days.
