"Santos and his helper did a great job working on our storm door. After he removed the door he had to remove rotted wood that was part of the door frame. He had to cut and replace with new wood. He then did a great job replacing all the aluminum around the door frame. The storm door was then reinstalled. It was late in the day when they finished. But there was a slight issue with the door latching. The very next morning Willy called and asked if he could come over and take care of that issue. We set up a time for Willy to come and he did an excellent job fine tuning the door closure. He couldn’t have been more respectful and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Willy. "Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"Bill fixed all the corners in my bedroom where the the drywall tape was messed up and cracks were seen. See the pictures below. I also had some electrical work done in my pool house which required cutting out the bottom half of the drywall all around the room. He hung new drywall and taped everything. He made both rooms look like new! And did it in a timely manner and left no clean up for me! Highly recommend!! He shows up when you call and gets a really good job done in such a reasonable about of time."
