I first met John in 2021 to get a roof estimate and he advised waiting (if the roof wasn’t leaking), since the price of wood was crazy right after Covid. That told me right there I found an honest roofing company. Fast forward to 2025, I decided it was definitely time to replace my 33+ year old roof and reached out to John again. His estimate was about half the estimate I got from a national home improvement company. The estimate consisted of a complete re-roof of the house and 2 car garage, new soffits and fascia, new siding on one side of the house, and new larger 6K seamless gutters. I was happy that I didn’t have to pay any deposits upfront. John broke the project down into several stages to be done on separate days as materials came in.
