Once the decision to move ahead with all new gutters, guards and downspouts he came the following morning and had it done that day. My mother is very pleased with the job and customer service which is no small feat. Mike even went back out before the job to determine if there appeared to be any underlying damage and was very forthright as well as the cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and Mike to anyone looking for new gutters or guards. Mike even made a last minute request to move 2 of the downspouts work with no problem. They asked that they be allowed to take out all the screens( metal ones) on the gutters, I just felt I should have had some time to research this before I it was done. I was busy and just need the gutters cleaned ,so I gave a go ahead. Now I don't know what to expect in the coming months. Should I get new screens or no screens at all..I think it would have been helpful if they had give some recommendation about the next step for the gutters upkeep.."

"Two men arrived to clean the gutters. They were courteous and clear about the work to be done, needing only an outdoor faucet. They set to work quickly and were finished in about an hour. I bought a coupon for $125 worth of service. I did not know if there would be an additional cost. There wasn't, and I was given a recommendation to pay attention to some caulking that may have to be repaired in the future. There was no attempt to sell me anything extra. The grounds were clean; all the debris from the gutters were in a garbage bag. It was a very good experience for a first-time homeowner. I would use Gutter Giants for the next seasonal cleaning.
