"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."

"Absolutely horrible experience. Arrival time was miscommunicated. Despite what the scheduling person promised no actual eco-friendly products were used to clean air duct openings, only HEPA vacuum without covering the returns. Left home in worse shape than when job started. Technician was indifferent and not very friendly, did not hook up the vacuum to our air handler securely which spread debris everywhere, caused damage to our home and even left our brand new vent covers scratched and not screwed-in/secured properly. Our neighbors were also not happy with the state of our common staircase once the job was "completed." Could never recommend this company in good conscience."

"DO NOT support this business, nor recommend their services! I ecently entrusted this business to clean my gutters. During the cleaning I was approached by one of their employees who indicated that a concrete resurfacing and sealing was needed underneath one of my gutter spouts. Due to the fact that I (like many of you) believed in their reviews, I had no reason to distrust this representative of the company. The employee (Cristobal Flores) quoted me a total price of $1600 for the job. To my dismay, this guy never completed the job, and I have not heard back after making NUMEROUS attempts at retrieving my money back. The owner has acknowledge this fraudulent act, and refuses to make this situation right. He denies that Flores works for his company, but admits he was "helping out" that day. Sounds like an employee to me! This business does not back their customers. Instead, allows their employees to side-hustle the customers, and we are left out to dry with no concerns of this victimization. More time is actually spent attempting to reverse negative reviews, when it seems that they are extremely warranted. BEWARE!"
