We worked with Eva, their design consultant and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She took the time to understand our requirements and preferences and came up with the beautiful design for the bathrooms. Her suggestions were spot on and Eva was able to source the materials quickly and they were able to start the work as promised. The workers were very professional, considerate, respectful and did a fantastic job! Our construction manager, Cetin , visited regularly to see how things were progressing and address any concerns we had. We made a few changes along the way and they were able to accommodate them easily. They were able to finish our bathroom remodel in five weeks, and they turned out beautiful!! It was an absolute pleasure to work everyone from Zenith Kitchen and Bath and we highly recommend them!"

"This review is a bit overdue. Had new doors and windows installed in early 2021. I had a very good experience with this company and with Mr. Edward Dunn. He was very prompt in answering all my questions and also patient as he worked with me while I tried to decide among the various options for doors and windows. I felt he offered me very fair and reasonable prices compared to some other quotes I received. Am especially grateful for him even considering my business since my order was quite small, and I have been finding that, esp. during COVID times, many companies won't consider the 'smaller jobs.' There were a few problems during installation (one wrong window size, flaw in a door screen), but Mr. Dunn promptly addressed these and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I absolutely love my new windows and doors. Oh and the installers were fantastic. Really nice guys. Did outstanding, beautiful work and didn't leave a mess. ARCH Exteriors proved themselves to be head and shoulders above the competition in terms of professionalism, technical expertise and product quality. Unlike all others, we were visited by the Owner (a Select Shingle Master - top 1% of Roofing Business) - instead of sales staff, looking to close a deal before leaving. Sam (Owner) spent considerable time up on the roof, assessing our situation - before coming inside to discuss details. Instead of simply launching into a canned sales presentation of the roofing replacement process, he carefully listened to our objectives and concerns as they related to the tension between warranty assurances and price. This was extremely important in our instance, since we wanted a quality product/transferrable warranty that balanced out with the rest of our high end renovation - at the most competitive price possible. The work crew of approximately 6 men arrived promptly at 7:15 a.m. on the day of scheduled installation. The entire project took approximately 6 hours, and was conducted in a no nonsense and focused manner. The landscaping was respected, and grounds cleaned thoroughly after the project's completion.
