I observed a good portion of the work to understand what was happening. Steve explained exactly why and how water had penetrated to my garage header (poor/improper work by the builders). He completed the work in a little less than and day and a halfâ s time. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous about his work. There were even little pieces of siding that were chipped that he totally replaced even though I was content with hiding the chipped ends by having the undamaged pieces overlap. Our garage and siding looks better than when we bought the house and is more structurally sound and waterproofed than it was when it was first build."
