"I needed the Berber carpeting in my living room deep cleaned for move out, as part of the terms of my pet clause in my lease agreement. S & S did a fantastic job for me, showed up promptly as promised and went straight to work on the carpet. Services included a deep steam cleaning, deoderizing treatment, and stain removal for a couple of small spots from spilled drinks. Overall the work took about 45 minutes and they were very careful about making sure they protected the hardwood floors when they brought in the steam and vacuum hoses. A variety of options were offered for paying, including CASH app which I chose to use. Overall quick and easy; I was quite happy with their work and would definitely use them again."

Rob and his Team immediately and showed me problems with the new build as well as the existing structure. Due to exceptionally poor workmanship on both the new and original structure, it took almost two years and a lot of money to complete the renovations. Rob and his Team were diligent, provided high-quality work and NEVER GAVE UP! At the end of the day, Rez Electric practically rebuilt our home including, but not necessarily limited to, framing, all new windows and doors (including sliders), all new siding (cement board), new front and rear porches and a new patio, new flat roof-top decks, new lighting, millwork, whole-home generator, dry-wall work and painting (interior & exterior) - plus an awesome screened in porch (the original project!). Rob also coordinate the addition of gutters, landscaping and fencing. He remained in constant contact, initiated and returned phone-calls, emails and texts. Do not adjust for small outlets or minor cutouts; only subtract the space occupied by large windows or significant obstructions. Finally, add 10% extra to account for waste, ensuring you order the precise quantity required.
