The next day I went up on the roof and cleaned the metal cap noticed that the tiles were not clean and scrapped the tile with the small brush I had. looked further down the chimney and noticed that there was still black particles on the chimney, so I thought that the person did clean all the way to the top. Called them back and had him go up the roof to reclean this time. I talked with him and asked if he cleaned the tile clean he indicated that he just brushes the chimney and not cleans the chimney. Cleaning and brushing are total different. So I suggest that they indicate that when someone wants their chimney cleaned or brushed when quoting prices. I also vacuumed the shelf above the fireplace after the second cleaning and retrieved about a quart of creosote. I did not want him to vacum"
