"I do not recommend this company due to poor quality of product. - Jan 2023 bought 2 patio doors, 3 slider windows. Product that was installed in May included 2 cracked slider windows and all products had wrong color on interior. All needed to be replaced. - May 2023 bought additional 19 windows. After install in Oct 2023, 13 of the 19 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in January 2024. After install of these replacements in January 2024, additional 7 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in April 2024. At install of these latest replacements, 5 more had noted manufacturing defects requirement replacement (which has not yet happened) - June 2024 during rainstorm noted two of the window sets had significant water leaks. Company was advised with documentation on 6.4.2024; as of today 6.8.2024 company has yet to acknowledge my request for refund so I can re-replace the windows with a different company. Additionally several of the caulk lines were obviously done by a new employee, as I had to have the contractor installing new siding re-do those lines."

He refinished my basement from the redoing the floors, adding a closet , putting in new doors, and painting the walls and doors. He was careful and meticulous . Cleaning up as he went . "It started out good and Jared told us he could install / hang new lighting and do tile work in our kitchen. Well, NOT true. The tile job was done very poorly and messy. We had sparks coming out of our outlets (that he didn't cover even though he said he ordered them and would return) and had to call an actual trained Electrician. The electrician told us whoever did the work didn't know what they we're doing. So, we had to pay extra to have three chandelier's re-installed / re-hung correctly and the outlets update. Note: We did try to call and email Jared to no avail. I would NOT recommend his services."

"Refinish exterior side of 2 entry doors using my garage as shop space. New stain & multiple coats of varnish applied. They look like new again after multiple coats of varnish applied & properly cured. New weather stripping installed as needed & doors are secure and properly functioning. I provided light assist moving/installing doors and propane heater during cold weather. Unplanned cold snap added to drying time & heat expense."

"Haley did a wonderful job replacing the Powder Room toilet wax ring, interior flush valve/assembly & then caulked at the floor. She also replaced the flush valve for another toilet, and verified a third toilet didn't have any issues. She changed out 3 electrical switches to dimmer switches. And she also changed out the ice maker in the bottom freezer. She just stopped back out today to fix it as it was making too much ice. I purchased all items in advance so she could just focus on the installation scope. She's a wonderful, lovely person who does her job well, has a nice demeanor and is safe in your home. I highly recommend her and will be calling her in the future."
