"Ethan did an incredible job building and installing my beautiful ceiling beans, batten board above my fireplace, and in my bedroom and painting my fireplace wall and bedroom focal wall. From the initial design phase to the finishing touches, his craftsmanship is flawless. I was adamant that when installing my ceiling beans, that i did not want any of my light fixtures moved. He made that happen. Other contractors wanted to move the lights in order to place my beams. Ethan took time to figure it all out. Ethan also put a railing on my front porch steps. He is very talented. He had respect for my home, put plastic everywhere to minimize debris and cleaned up every night before he left. "To help us meet our budgetary goals on this project, he worked with us on a custom design with IKEA cabinets and several of our own purchased appliances. He oversaw several subcontractors including ceiling work, framing/structural work, installation of ceramic tile, plumbing. I brought in my own HVAC subcontractor. He did electrical work and finish carpentry. He and his twin brother did the IKEA cabinet mounting and base cabinet framing with an eye to precision and accuracy; he also framed out our pantry project to a high level of finish and recommended dimensions for pantry doors for a good final design. He was quick to fix a couple of minor edits (outlet placement, drawer functionality with base cabinet infrastructure) to ensure we were happy with the final results. He showed a strong aesthetic eye for the finish, providing important suggestions, and volunteering extra touches that made the kitchen look cohesive.
