After being burned by other contractors in the past, we were a bit leery but hopeful. Now that the work is complete, we are extremely happy with the final results. Both bathrooms are beautiful and just how we envisioned. The doors have really transformed our upper level. Yuriy was the main point man for our project. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is a true professional and went above and beyond for us. He’s a skilled craftsman and an extremely nice guy. I work from home and am picky so I’m sure he got sick of my endless questions! "The shelves were installed well.  They are very straight.  
We purchased two door knob assemblies because two of the doors in our house would not close.  To our surprise, the handyman said that he could fix the old door knobs that were on the doors, which would keep with the historic look of the doors.  He made a trip to a hardware store in the area that had pieces to fix old doors, and he was able to fix the door knobs without installing new ones.  We didn't know that was possible, so we are very pleased with that.

"I was not totally happy with the final performance. After they preformed the dry wall work, the painter came to start his work.  The painter explained the work was not up to specification. However, I worked with Cady Handyman over the phone to resolve the issue. They acknowledged everything was not as good as it could have been.  They resolved the issue as best as they could. They even offered for someone to return and make the repairs. I declined because the painter was ready to paint the following day."

Prepared door frame for larger door. Installed new door with lever handles. Periodically updated us on progress.

Finished product was so well done that you could not tell the floor transition to LR from BR wasn't re-done.

The new door and hardware was elegant and, and the rooms in the work area were cleaned of any construction residue.

Work crew was very quiet and polite.
