William and his team installed our new roof, demo the entire front, removed a huge two story window and replaced with new, framed in our new extra large doors, built our new front porch and installed the metal roof on that. We could not have asked for a better crew! They are fast, efficient and the quality of work is exceptional! "Robert came out to look at my roof after I asked for bids. Of the people that came to look and work up a bid for me I chose Robert because he was the most profesional of everyone I saw. When he came to look at it he came in a company truck with ladder racks and even had a worker with him. Of the people that came he was only one that got on the roof and looked over everything, took pictures so that when he was explaining to me what needed done he could show me the pics so I knew he was being honest, he fixed the corner of my roof that was damaged then replacing the other shingles that had blown off. After that he sprayed the whole roof with nanotechnology that would ensure that the roof could last another ten years without needing to replace it. I would definitly use them again."

"John arrived promptly, was very thorough in assessing the problem and explaining the repair. He took pictures as I could not get up on the roof. He did the repairs and nailed a few areas of metal for me that were not in the original quote. Some of the roof sealant got on the brick and I called him about it. He came out, we discussed options and he was able to remove the sealant so everything looks great! He is very knowledgeable, a good worker and truly cares about his work as well as the customer. I was not just another job....i was someone he cared to service well. I would definitely recommend him."

"Called Superior Insulation's phone number yesterday morning and left message. Rick called back at 5 PM. Told him what I need done. We discussed approximate price for job. I wanted him to meet at my house to see the attic to finalize a price. Rick and Jim met me this morning, looked at the attic and gave me a price. I agreed on their proposal and he did the project right away. Two hours later I had an attic with an R49 value again. The home is 17 years old and the insulation had shrank to about 4-6". I was well please with their knowledge and professionalism that Rick and Jim used on the installation and the answers to my questions that I asked of them. Everything was cleaned up and a hand shake after the job and now I can keep the heat and cool in my house instead of it going through the roof.
