"I was tasked with helping my mother repair/replace the roof on the house she has lived in for years, so it was important to me that the work be done well and with integrity. When I asked friends and acquaintances who they would recommend, Nathan's Roofing was the only company whose name was repeated multiple times. So I scheduled an appt and appreciated that the estimator was on time and was there to evaluate our needs (not give a sales pitch). I asked for both a repair quote and a new roof quote and was not pressured to choose either. We hired Nathan's and the work has been the highest of quality. It is evident that Nathan is an involved business owner, and that he wants to do the best and be the best for his customers. The members of his crew are polite, respectful, efficient (and leave the worksite clean), and his office staff are wonderful--very pleasant and responsive. In my opinion, you have chosen the best in RVA, if you choose this company."

"This is a horrible company, not only will they tell you it will run your whole house for a week if the battery backup is installed. Then you find out for 32k it will run the refer, microwave and a light. When you question them they tell you it can?t power anything on a 220V circuit. So you will burn up in the summer and freeze in the winter. The system won?t even produce enough power to offset the grid power you use. IF THEY COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND TRY AND SELL YOU ANYTHING, get rid of them. I?ve saved a friend from spending 48k with this company. I have also contacted the NC Attorney General?s office along with the BBB. They promised to install a generator to run my AC and after the solar was installed, they said no one told me that. THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND ALL YOU?LL HEAR IS CRICKETS. Oh and if anyone is dumb enough to use this sham of a company , they will send you a video and make you turn the whole system on without sending anyone. "
